Topics(7)
Ask Celia about these topics once you have learned them.
Fairy Ring
Ah, yes you have to watch out for them. I don't understand why people are so tempted to walk in the fairy rings!
There's a special way to get out of a ring, but I don't remember it. My dad used to read us a book about the this... I'm sure the library has it. It's a classic.
Harp of Six
You want me to come help you play the most wicked instrument known to the witching world. The instrument that killed its last owner and nearly burned down the entire forest?
*sigh* This feels horribly reckless. But I'll be there.
Bonesand Cherry
Oh yes, that's a native cherry that used to grow all over the island.
The trees were beautiful and had such gorgeous flowers.
Anyway, you can't eat the cherries raw and that's exactly what all the newcomers and visitors were doing.
So, now it's "illegal". I bet there are still ways to get it though. I know for a fact my mom got some once because it was the only thing that helped when my sister tore her wings.
Pamphlets
I'm so over seeing them. Someone needs to figure out how to stop this. Someone needs to find the source!
Sorrowspores
My father says sorrowspores turn you blue to make it easier for the fairies to find you.
That thought kept me from ever picking them again!
The Etchery
All my older siblings attended, and almost all my younger siblings plan to.
My baby sister is fixated on attending a merfolk school though. I can totally picture her thriving at an underwater university.
The Silence
Oh wow, you really are from far away. Well, the Silence was essentially a period when musical magic was outlawed for everyone but the "elite."
It lasted a while and that's why a lot of older folks don't know many spells.
The Silencers went around destroying instruments and snooping on people to make sure they didn't get musical.
But I know the Etchery managed to hide so many things and preserve them.
