    Huh.

    Fern

I know who it is! We need to get to the Green Sprites Headquarters! Near the Nocturne Forest!

    Fern

Well, it'll build drama if I write an article on this - the person who started the cacophony and the person who ended it... that’s juicy!

  2. It turned out that Zinnia did not write the pamphlets or cast the Cacophony. She's pleased that we have stopped it and concerned for the well-being of the forest.

    Completion

Talk to Fern at Zoology Courtyard.

    Answer No problem!

    No problem!

    Zinnia

That said, I'm impressed you were able to silence the Cacophony - and I appreciate your service to the forest!

    Fern

We're no closer to finding out who wrote those pamphlets though.

    Zinnia

It's probably not too important who did it. The debate about burning everything down sparks up every few years before fading back away.
