Walkthrough(10)

Steps marked “one of” have alternative entries: which one you get depends on your choices.

  1. One of 2

I found an ad requesting several items, some of them illegal. I'm to bring them to the bathhouse. I should ask around about this bonesand cherry.

I managed to acquire the bonesand cherries.

    Great!

You know what. I am so tired of everyone coming to me, asking me to just hand out forbidden and illegal ingredients.

If you want to mess around and find out - be my guest.

Here you go - try not to die. I won't lose any sleep.

  2. Acorn asked for the strange ingredients - he's caring for a sickly egg. He believes it's the egg of an extinct Driftwood Serpent and he doesn't want anyone to know it's here. I need to ask around to see if anyone knows more about how to heal Driftwood Serpents.

Talk to Acorn at Bathhouse Boiler Room.

    Answer We need a professional.

    We need a professional.

    Acorn

Maybe you're right... but we have to be careful. If the wrong people find out about this it would be just horrible. I'd feel so guilty.

    Acorn

The tonic is my last hope and if it fails... Well, let's just keep looking for other options.

    Acorn

Thank you for your help. I already feel better knowing I'm not alone!

  3. Perhaps Chicory has more information about these creatures.

    Where's Chicory?

Well, you would start by not hunting it. Is this a school assignment? How to keep an extinct creature as a pet?

I wouldn't know anything about it, but the best animal caretaker is Chicory. He's great with all sorts of creatures: big, small, maybe even extinct.

He lives in the forest at the Etchery. You'll have to venture in a ways.

  4. Chicory told me a girl named Gwen may have some Lakedew Lily seeds. She's usually somewhere in the Nocturne Forest.

    Answer Can I grow it?

    Can I grow it?

Well, it was a complicated eco system to be sure. But the plant is called Lakedew Lily.

Now that would be an interesting experiment. I suppose if you had the song and the seed anything is possible. And I know who might be able to help you.

There's a girl named Gwendolyn who sells rare seeds in the Nocturne Forest. If anyone would have Lakedew Lily seeds - it's Gwen.

  5. Gwen told me I can find the birds who wrote the song to grow Lakedew Lily on an island to the South.

Talk to Gwen at Nocturne Forest.

Answer Do you know the song?

    Do you know the song?

    Gwen

I don't. But I know where you can find the birds who wrote it.

    Gwen

After the last lily withered and the dragons disappeared, the birds took to the skies. They flew south to a little island. And that's where they stay to this day.

    Gwen

You must follow the music on the wind.

  6. I found the birds and learned their song. I should return to Acorn and grow the seed.

This entry is added automatically when the story moves on.

  7. The song worked and the Lakedew Lily grew! Acorn asked me to come back tomorrow.

    Talk to Acorn.

Oh! It worked! You did it!! Oh, I'd just about given up hope. Now the hatching process will take several hours.

    Acorn

With luck on our side, if you come back tomorrow we'll finally get to meet them!

  8. The egg hatched and left the bathhouse heating room. Acorn is searching for the dragon.

Finally back where she belongs. I hope she's able to find her mother. But who knows how long she's been down there.

    Acorn

She would have been lost without your help. I don't have much I can give you but, I hope you'll make use of this pickler. My family makes pickles. That's why I went with brine to close off the bathhouse.

    Acorn

I'm going to scout around and see if I can find her. Wouldn't that be amazing to see a real Driftwood Serpent in the wild?

  9. Acorn sent a letter asking me to visit the lake in the Ochre Woods - maybe his dragon will be there! I should arrive at night, and bring my boat.

This entry is added automatically when the story moves on.

  10. I saw some Driftwood Serpents in the lake! Brilliant.
